To give you an idea of how we work here is our simple 3-Step Guide to hazardous waste disposal.
showing you how your enquiry will progress from the first moment of contacting us, right through to the hazardous waste being collected and disposed of.
Firstly we need to identify exactly what waste stream we’re dealing with. If in doubt we can guide you through this with the use of COSHH safety data sheets and by verifying what the material was used for. This is important as the ever tightening legislation brought in to govern hazardous waste disposal means we have to be sure the waste is handled safely and correctly. Although usually not necessary we can arrange for samples to be taken and analysed to help further – fortunately our vast experience in hazardous waste disposal means there aren’t many waste streams we’ve not dealt with before.
Usually within 24 hours we’ll be able to get back to you (if not sooner) with a disposal price. Upon successful agreement of this we can then get you scheduled for a collection. This is the point where we can organise any particular requirements for you such as replacement storage containers – for regular collections we can discuss calling in at suitable intervals to save you the bother of having to book in collections in the future. This is a very popular service with many of our larger companies who count on us week in, week out to collect on the scheduled day, often for many years.
Do ashamed agent on related offence at equally totally. We can arrange for one of our team to give you a helpful reminder call the day before the removal or the collection driver can give you a courtesy call when he’s an hour away if this helps. We are very aware that hazardous waste disposal is a service industry and we try wherever possible to make all your dealings with us as effortless as possible, so if you can think of any improvements we could make we are always very keen on feedback from our customers.
